These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to dailyplayrummy.com and associated static assets (collectively, the “Site”) published by DailyPlayRummy (“we,” “us,” “our”). Some jurisdictions disallow certain caps; in those places, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.

9. Indemnity

11. Governing law and venue

Unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise, you agree that substantive law and venue selection follow the business domicile chosen by DailyPlayRummy’s operators at the time of dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a court voids one clause, the remainder survives.
